Conservative watchdog Judicial Watch has sued the Justice Department for all records relating to former FBI director James Comey’s testimony before the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence on June 8th, 2017.

This reminded me about the Federal prosecutor in New York City that was doing investigations into the Clinton Foundation. I wonder if that is still going on? I don’t recall an announcement that it was canceled.
I’m afraid if Trump was to fire Sessions the deep state would blackmail Sessions into telling lies about Trump.

Comey told Congress, “I asked a friend of mine to share the content of the memo with a reporter [for The New York Times]. I didn’t do it myself for a variety of reasons, but I asked him to because I thought that might prompt the appointment of a special counsel.”

imo, comey’s testimony before congress is a key to how the sting was being set up.
Comey testifies that what he did was a good deed for the US
He will be mueller’s star witness to bring down lynch & hildabeast.
Comey will be acclaimed a a patriot.
Based on how pathetic his tenure has so far seemingly been, that is something to be concerned about. Good call, although I'd like to believe Sessions is above that, just not strong enough to wrestle control of all the deep state operatives currently controlling Justice.
Seems pretty far fetched, that Comey had to get fired by Trump for incompetence, just so he could come back as a citizen to do the job he could have been doing as FBI director all along. Not to mention he would have had to agree to be humiliated by finding out he was fired on TV in front on FBI agents on the west coast. Not to mention his smears of the President, claiming he couldn't be trusted, and was possibly obstructing justice, which is why he supposedly wrote the memos to begin with.
It just doesn't seem to likely. What is starting to look likely though, is if/when Mueller gets fired, like Comey was, some here will keep insisting he's still going to be a hero in the end, somehow, too.
Never was and never will be an investigation into the clinton foundation. All Fake News to placate the average person. Like Sessions pretending he is working under cover while doing nothing.
