Yep, that’s what I’ve seen also. According to exit polls: White College degree voters up from 2016 and White No College degree voters down from 2016.

Living in Maryland, our D.C. Swamp counties along with the hell hole of Baltimore usually rule the day over the other 21 more moderate counties.
At least my county of Harford voted overwhelmingly for President Trump last November.
