They’re trying to dismiss this as “an early draft”. Really? What facts changed this opinion? How is “extremely careless” different from “grossly negligent” anyway? I want a precise explanation. It stinks.

That said, you’re right, this wasn’t able being ignorant or careless. It was a direct and deliberate act to not comply with the law and then cover up the activity.

All you have to do is read the Espionage Act - it’s pretty clear and easy to understand. All you have to do is mishandle sensitive information, even by accident, and you’re in violation. What she did was deliberately criminal.

Grrrr. And THAT is what pisses me off the most about it, is the sheer chutzpah and arrogance. She can just LIE and dissemble, with a fair expectation she will always stay one step ahead.

When you consider what they would to to a peon like you or I who was in violation (definite prison time for DELIBERATELY doing what she did) what she did seems even more heinous.

How I detest those people like her in our country.
