Of course, the FBI and ATF are too busy covering their own asses and going after law-abiding citizens to be bothered with harvesting this “low-hanging fruit” before the massacre.

If he was dishonorably discharged, it was against the law for him to have a gun. Surely the family and friends knew that. Why didn’t they report him when they saw the photo?
