Virginia is a "right to work" state and as such both the employee and the employer have the right to engage employment or disengage at any time for any reason without union agreement.

Yes but her firm is a federal contractor and under different rules such as EEOC for federal workers. If she proves that a fellow male worker was treated more leniently than she was for the same offenses, she could file an equal treatment lawsuit under federal law. Of course this could also lead to the male being fired to cut the company’s exposure. Hence the caustic domino effects of nasty libtards on society!
