She gets fired for that while others were probably fired for revealing, however unwittingly, that they voted for Trump.
She was on her own time. She expressed her dislike for the President.

I guess her employer has the right to fire her, but if she performed well in the job, It seems excessive.
All the bad publicity likely was the reason.
But, as noted, a large minority of citizens see her as a “shero”. I suppose that is newspeak for heroine.
If she flipped off Obama she’d be audited, ridiculed, threatened, her Home vandalized and would have to have plastic surgery, dye her hair and move to a remote village in Alaska.

Moral of the story: have a personal FB page your employer doesn't know about, and, if you must have one for your job, use a completely separate "professional" FB page for that.
This woman is not the only bicyclist to do this.
She was only on the job for six months. She is a committed leftist.

That is what they used to fire her. They have a company policy that says no obscene posts.
