It appears that until recently, Devin Kelley did have a beard. Read the FB comments beside his picture:
Brandon S. Beaty - “Dont you have a beard?”
Devin Kelley - “Not anymore. Long story”
The clean-shaven appearance in his last pictures was apparently not how he usually looked. Might mean something, might not.
