From Oct. 30: Sgt. Bergdahl’s Sentence May Be Lighter Because of Trump’s Comments http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3599944/posts

The above from our Lying Leftist friends at the NYT. NYT = Not Yielding to Truth

Shouldn't we know by now that Lying Leftist Media outlets like the NYT that proved themselves during the 2016 campaign to be operatives of the DNC are intentional liars? They are presumed to be lying and we should presume what they publish is a lie. The presumption can only be rebutted with the outlet providing clear and convincing evidence they are not lying.

In this case, pray tell, how was citizen Trump’s harsh criticism of Sgt. Bergdahl, which was more than justified, responsible for this Obama-loving judge's lighter sentence?

Your condescending “pray tell” notwithstanding, I’m happy to answer: “... but I think people have heard my comments in the past.” Donald j Trump, October 16, 2017. I know you don’t want to hear it but that is enough. The first half of the quote was the “no comment” but he just couldn’t leave it at that.

Looks like Trump needs to drain the military swamp, too

I believe you just answered your own question, this judge *spit* just used it as an excuse.

Let’s not forget, Bergdahl pleaded guilty of desertion and misbehavior.

Trump’s comments did not affect any trial. The judge is on record saying they did not affect him.

So, what is supposed to have been influenced by the President’s words?

This sounds like a punitive action by the judge for something that had no effect.
