A $500,000 home in NYC is around $4k in property taxes. Where are you getting these numbers? I know people in the sticks in upstate New York paying more than that on a modest home.

He’s getting those numbers from his derriere. I live in a 300k house in upstate and my property taxes are over 7k. I call hogwash on that.

I pay um, that's where😎 New York City averages about .7% Bew York State about 1.5% but that includes Westchester and Long Island which are outrageous.
