Judge Nap got it totally wrong regarding bail: He said the judge was going to release Manafort and Gates on their own recognizance and would not require bail. Ooops. The judge hit Manafort with $10 million bail and Gates with $5 million bail. That’s a lot of “no bail.”
The Judge ordered unsecured bail which means they only have to pay it if they violate their restrictions. They can only leave their homes for medical purposes or for religious services. I can’t remember who gave that explanation last night on FNC.

Nap gets it totally wrong about almost everything. He’s the current Dick Morris. And he despises Trump. I’ll take liberal Alan Dershowitz’s well-reasoned opinions any day over Nap’s.
