The last paragraph of the letter is very interesting. Can someone unilaterally declare his letter confidential and a breach of the Copyrite Act, forbidding its dissemination?
Now to paraphrase Andrew Jackson, let them try to enforce it....

And then Russia decided to sabotage their established connection by helping Donald Trump win.
I read a lot of what I would call “depends on what the meaning of ‘is’ is” in there — such as ‘Manafort did not regularly attend meetings’ would depend on what the definitions of ‘regularly’, ‘attend’, and ‘meetings’ are.
Also, Tucker didn’t say the ECMU was a ‘sham’ as the letter states. He called it a ‘shell group.’
I thought Tony QUIT the Podesta Group.....What a freaking joke.

The pressure on the press by Obama and his minions has been stronger than anyone can remember and it may still as strong as then. Tucker just broke out of the pack. Let’s see what happens with other news operations.

I thought only creative works are protected by the Copyright Act, such as literature, music, scripts, dance, art, etc., but not legal pleadings.
I'm not a lawyer, but it seems like they are treating this as a binding contract simply because Carlson received it. I can't tell where both parties agreed to the confidential nature of it.
It would seem to me, as a legal matter Carlson has complete control of his own legal actions, and this other party cannot make summary blanket statements as to what Carlson can or cannot do on his own legal behalf.

Well Tony Podesta reminds me of Frank Sinatra in his later years when he had a fat face, and his brother John looks like Elmer Gantry with a big schnozz! So take your pick, they are both creeps, but then you would have to be to be associated with the Clitons
