No one has received more than a 24 month sentence for desertion since 9/11.

The judge will give the dirt bag credit for “time served” as a “POW.” I have zero confidence in the PC Army to do the right thing. The progressives have totally corrupted its leadership.

Just a guess but I can see 10 years confinement, reduction in grade to E-1, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and a dishonorable discharge. The Dishonorable Discharge I think is very important since Obama’s people said he served “with honor and distinction.”
