Hmmm... is this referring to the government that spends my tax money on studies concerning why married lesbians get fat? Or gives student loans in the tens of thousands of dollars to people who if ever employed, will be lucky to make $15 an hour? Or has failed in virtually every aspect of its constitutional duties over the last 40 years or so, even with job #1-protecting citizens from foreign invasion? Is it that one that he wants to dismantle?
