Your argument is Circular. The unnamed supposed Grand Jury witnesses say that something is true, therefor it is.
Go read the law. The law has been linked in this thread. I specifically cited the law. Grand Jurors are sworn to secrecy.
There is NO WAY you investigate this if you’re “protecting” these people.
Mueller and Comey have been investigating and dragging their feet since 2009. Rosenstein even prosecuted and gave some poor schlubs a plea deal several years ago.
