Puerto Ricans are flooding Florida right now. Look for Florida to convert to permanent 'rat with 1.5 million imported 'rats, if that doesn't stop.

I'd rather give Puerto Rico complete independence. Bribe each Puerto Rican with some cash to vote that way, then once they're independent cutoff the welfare.
