Those requesting pictures/art/food make their requests to a consortium host.
The host directs the request to the artist that the host feels most appropriate.
The requestor has NO choice in the matter.
They can take it or leave it.

Or form a formal or informal partnership with a secular company and direct orders to them that you do not want to do
Refer all such requests to a lawyer. None can delay, confuse, or obfuscate better than a lawyer. ;)
