I like the plan that allows American citizens to lock their social security numbers, that is included in the E Verify part of the legislation.
The fact that the IRS doesn’t notify us if we are victims of identity theft is vile.

Identity theft allows the illegals to get our tax returns, jobs and other benefits, they did not earn.
For decades, the criminal illegals have gotten the benefits from Congress, SS and other governmental institutions from the feds to the state's, county's and city levels.
PING
There will be no “sneaking things into the bill” because every line will be thoroughly vetted this time. So Ryan better forget that well-worn strategy for passing bills that the voters back home are vehemently against. Any more notions such as this will cost him his Speaker post.
With all the important issues on the table - Obamacare, tax reform, nuclear threats, terrorism - this moron Ryan is still fixated on amnesty for illegal alien criminals.
I had an illegal alien steal my SS number then use it to g et a huge tax refund, all without my knowledge - until the IRS came after ME!
It took two years to fix the mess, and all the burden was on me to prove I didn’t get that money. And the IRS wouldn’t even provide me the information they had on the illegal alien thief, like where the return was filed, what bank account the money went to, what address the refund was sent to, etc.
Let one of these illegals that Ryan wants to love steal his identity and see how he then feels about amnesty.
Good list. Although, I would modify #5 to be “Deportation upon CRIMINAL contact...”
Traffic tickets shouldn’t count.
Great Post!
If they are already here illegally then they should be deported as soon as authorities are aware of their presence. If the authorities obtain that awareness because of a fenderbender or jaywalking, so what? The person is still an illegally present alien.
In California, many innocents are injured, maimed or killed by illegals driving sober or under the influence.
Illegals should not be driving anywhere.

Whatever illegal activity they do or don’t do that exposes them as illegals is good for our side. Commit the crime and get exported to Mexico or where ever.
Why are so focused on reckless driving by illegals? I’m sure Ryan is driven around in a heavy suv. He has no worries about danger on the roads, so this is not an issue. Get over it
Ryan lives the life of a well protected elite. He can screw the world that the rest of us live in and it won’t make a dent on his own pampered insulated life, or his family’s Working in government all his life, and rising to the top, has created a great life for him
E-verify is very necessary for both checking on illegal immigrants and for requiring US employers to check before hiring a prospective employee. I get emails from NumbersUSA, a very credible PAC against illegal immigration. and they say the ‘moderate’ GOP representatives are likely to sabotage e-verify in the DACA discussions.
Tom Cotton is the anti-Ben Sasse.
Be great to see him in the White House in six or so years.
Nope. Any and all illegals should be deported. They’re... well... illegals from Day One.
Big Business hates amnesty. Slaves cannot be citizens.
Democrats love amnesty. They want legal 3rd world voters.
Sheeesh. Must I explain everything?
Goldman Sachs will be very pissed.
