A federal grand jury in Washington, DC, on Friday approved the first charges in the investigation led by special counsel Robert Mueller, according to sources briefed on the matter.

The charges are still sealed under orders from a federal judge. Plans were prepared Friday for anyone charged to be taken into custody as soon as Monday, the sources said. It is unclear what the charges are.

By your post, you’re inferring Sessions is all in on this to take out Trump.

It doesn't matter if he is all in or not the outcome is the same. He could stop this but refuses to. Do you remember when he said it is not his job to protect the President? Can you imagine a democrat ever saying such a thing?

Indictment of Person X, in Case 1

Would this disqualify Person X from becoming Key Witness X in a upcoming investigation (case 2)?

Could the power of indictment be weaponised, and used as a tool to ensure key witnesses are rendered useless?

I’m drawing a blank on who might be considered “a National Security Risk”, causing the sealing. It appears to me, only a few key players know enough to be considered.
The time has arrived, it seems, and the War being fought is for the Brass Ring. I know deep in my soul who the victor will be, but watching this dog and pony show, this pulling of yet another rabbit out of the hat trick, is still keeping me up at night.

I’m wondering if they have nothing, and just want to see if they can get somebody to react in a guilt-assuming manner?

If only Sessions were loyal enough to have President Trump’s back as Holder and Lynch were to protect Obummer, none of this would be happening.
The worst and most dangerous part of Trump’s presidency is his utterly worthless, feckless and impotent DOJ. Had pinned such high hopes on Sessions taking strong decisive action to DRAIN THE SWAMP, only to be disillusioned to learn he feels right at home wallowing in it.

Furthermore, in light of the aforementioned facts, it doesn’t help to have the constant drumbeat from certain “Pro Trump” sources, especially Hannity, harping on all the corruption on the democrat side every night. That wouldn’t be such a dangerous situation if Sessions were doing the job he ought to be doing in prosecuting the Obama/HRC culprits. Unfortunately, all these diatribes have only served to backfire and provoke Mueller to exploit President Trump’s vulnerability.
How President Trump even tolerates Sessions attending Cabinet meetings, where he literally sits across the table from him, is mind-boggling. Moreover, he lavished praise on Sessions recently for battling MS-13 gangs and tackling the Opioid crisis.
Finally, it now seems obvious that this Witch Hunt is going to consume President Trump’s entire administration.
Of course, I pray with all my heart and soul that DJT will serve two full terms and his reelection will effectively exonerate him.

I am so thankful for rational and reasonable posters like you! Seem fewer and fewer lately.

Nothing like the fear of hard time and assets taken to knock fear into wrong doers.

Yeah, I’ve read here and there that the FBI did pay for at least some of the PeeGate dossier. That would be under Comey... hahahaha

That’s my prediction of what would happen if justice isn’t served against the high crimes the Obama admin did. What’s yours?

Absolutely. Tracking various monies was no doubt done in a detailed manner. Exposing a lot of people’s wrongdoing. HA HA HA

I love it here, though Calgary has gotten too big. And there are some really great driving roads between here and the other side of the Rockies, as well as all the other beauties. A wonderful bonus for someone who reviews cars.

You know, it’s funny how Meuller could come up with an indictment in less than six months, but Sessions couldn’t do the same in nearly a year...

How does my theory that Mulehead is working for Trump sound so far?

It sounds completely far fetched, but maybe everyone is just blinded by the constant deluge of reports to the contrary. I am however praying that you are 100% correct, as almost nothing could be better for them all to be wrong, and justice to finally be served.

That said, you should also be preparing an major apology to the board, if no one associated with HRC is indicted, since there's scant evidence that's about to happen, and your posts have been providing Mueller significant support despite the generally accepted facts.

As much money as the Clinton’s have to pay off Mueller, Trump still has more, and he is President.

If it's Podesta, I'll not be surprised, but the lying partisan shills in the media will be apoplectic. If Mueller tries to take down the gov't, the timing of this will fit nicely with Antifa's threatened violence -- and that won't be a coincidence. Thanks Buckeye Battle Cry.

“We the People” are the ones being indicted.......for our vote and the election of DJT. There has not been one day, not one effing day in almost a year that we have not been TERRORIZED by the media and the democrats. They have been relentless In their SHAMING OF OUR VOTE and I pray, they will face their doom.
