I think Montfort is a Clinton plant also. I really think that Hillary picked trump to be the person she ran against out of the republican line up of 17 primary candidates. she instructed her minions to ask softball questions, had her friends at Saturday night live invite him to be on the show. contacted Manafort to be his campaign adviser. Hillary thought that she could destroy trump and did not realize she had underestimated trump till about a month before Manaforte quit the campaign(fired politely). it was then that she just thought trump was going to be a little harder then she thought originaly but she would still win.
