I expect Mueller to indict Manafort here shortly just to distract everyone

GMTA. I think there have been a fair number of us that for some time now have been saying Manafort is going to be the fall guy. Mueller has to indict someone to justify the existence of his being the special prosecutor.

That Manafort will (likely) be the target of the indictment isn't a surprise. The timing is suspicious, of course.
