If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.

The Treason argument would go on for decades. I can't see this getting traction.
Now, it is still what we want, and what she deserves.

But really. The real danger here — the real injustice here — is that this phony, fake, plastic banana, good-time rock ‘n’ roller collection of crap was used by our intelligence agencies as the basis of an investigation into Trump collusion.
This ought to have people outraged in ways they haven’t been even in Washington for years.
BUT... What if they don't even know it's going on? The drivebys WON'T tell them, and many don't WANT to know!
It's up to us to beat this like a drum. Not with calls for arrest for treason, but just getting the story out.
