Steele's dossier was passed along to the FBI. ...... to justify a Full Investigation, which in turn was used to justify a FISA order to surveil Trump's associates....the dossier was created and supplied to provide a pretext for an FBI FI, without which surveillance of the Trump campaign would not be possible.

They got a REAL problem...... b/c the (faked) dossier was actually used to get the go-ahead to conduct surveillance on individuals in the Trump campaign, and president Trump himself......and unmasking innocent citizens in the process, including General Kelly.

Their problem is ....it is a felony to WITHHOLD info from the court to get the OK to surveil someone.
