I went to that pub when my wife and I drove through Tonopah; great BBQ!

Only drove past the Clown Motel though; I saw it featured on "Ghost Adventures" - it was a hilarious episode because Zak (the one on the right) has a fear of clowns.

You're right about Tonopah being too good for them. I mentioned the town because it's the type of real Americana that the State Department employees need to be exposed to.
