quite frankly for a true fiscal conservative to vote no, I understand. This little side not really bothers me. We complain about the increasing deficits, especially when Obama in office. This has a 1.4 trillion shortfall. I am not excited about the budget, and will give a pass to any fiscal conservative that voted no on that reasoning.

The proposed budget would also allow Senate Republicans’ tax reform bill to add to the federal deficit over the next decade, as long as it does not exceed $1.5 trillion.

Reagan cut taxes drastically, about the same as Trump’s, and DOUBLED the government’s tax receipts.

This one will have the same effect.

Jack Kemp claimed that decreasing the tax rate to increase government revenue was taught to John Kennedy (who also did it by cutting taxes) by Konrad Adenauer of Germany, who got it from studying Alexander Hamilton, who got it from the book of Genesis (Joseph).
