What would it take for him to do 3 or 4 terms like FDR? Congress would have to repeal the 22nd Amendment? Which would make it possible for him to be in office from 2017 all the way to 2033? LMAO!!! Oh for just the chance to see the left utterly and completely explode into oblivion.

I think the law is he can’t be elected to more than 2 terms. LBJ could have run for re-election and had he won he would have ended up serving 9 years.

I suppose someone could get elected president then have their veep resign then the president appoint Trump veep then the president would resign making Trump president. That’s a long stretch.

I would be great to see it being proposed and get through the house if only for a ruse.

FDR was 63 when he died, a few months into his fourth term. Donald Trump is 71 now. If he served 3 terms he would be 82 when he left office. I doubt he would want a third term. Anyway, I wouldn't want Obama or the next Obama-clone Democrat to be able to be elected more than twice.

Congress would have to vote to repeal the 22nd Amendment and then 3/4ths of the states would have to ratify it.
