Mueller and fellow democrats will not investigate fellow democrats.
This revelation about the investigation taking a tangent towards democrats, is just to give the perception of fairness.
The final results will have Mueller bringing charges on one or more republicans, even if the charges are insignificant, AND, will mention how “others” were involved, but did not warrant charges being filed.
