I’m with you, this SALT stuff is a non starter and full of propaganda beyond fact. Doubling the standard deduction would not come close to countering the SALT and Interest deductions I claim.. and I am not in a high income tax state or have an expensive home.

This whole SALT business is a non starter... no way I buy their numbers on this.

Toss in the loss of personal exemption and the 401k cap and the whole middle class is hosed.
