Which issue do they want to discuss, sexual harassment or “sexist” behavior? Those are two very different topics that will be rejected by many as a pair. They should decide between the two. They might see more success by discarding the issue of sexist behavior.
Oh, and why haven’t they changed that phrase to genderist behavior, yet? Their linguistic activists are lagging.
