I recall harmless flirting being part of life when I was in the workforce - when going to work was fun and the PC Police didn’t exist. What they’re calling harassment now most likely was flirting. They’re a bunch of old biddies.

Of course, as with everything the left does, there may be a hidden agenda - if they make males feel guilty every time they look at a girl and think “she’s pretty” (much less SAY it out loud... GASP!) more of them will suppress their natural male instincts and drift toward the left’s goal of making human beings non-sexual (want to know what a non-sexual is? Go back and look at Hillary’s “victory” party at the Javits center, and study the people there who appear to be non-female).
