Well, there was the guy who was giving abortion-inducing stuff to his girlfriend in her food or drink.
She suspected something was up. The cops planted a camera.

And then there was the guy who was poisoning his partner and had $100,000 life insurance policy on him that he signed without looking closely enough. He had about $96,000 - in CREDIT CARD debt. He also liked to leave $40-$45 tips on $15 restaurant bills to nice-looking waitresses. Just a teensy bit over the top, lol.
