maybe mueller has “embeded” himself as a shareholder in the Soros funds as part of a well formulated FBI sting operation?
this may be very similar to the sting operation the FBI has been running on Uranium One?
according to some accounts rosentstein, mccabe, mueller and comey may all still working together to gather evidence to bring a case for prosecution of some big fish involved in uranium one/russian collusion.
patience is required on these cases in order to land the big fish.

All sorts of ways to do this. And, yes, sometimes investigators end up as part of the scams themselves to gather evidence.
