Sounds like the dude has a meth problem. Cocaine would seem more likely for his niche but the actions are more like meth.

The New York Post reported that he was arrested after his father called the police on him, suspecting that he was on LSD.
His behavior must have been way off the hook. Temporary insanity/drug-induced impairment will likely be his defense.
