Do you think Fitton could get thru the confirmation process? If Sessions is fired, it will be a long, long time before a replacement is confirmed. Grassley has indicated that he would make it difficult to replace Sessions.

Sessions offered his resignation to Trump who wisely rejected it. I would be very interested to learn how Rosenstein was selected to be his deputy.
