I HATE all the “diversity” bullshit I get from my two alma maters in the e-mail almost every week!!!! It is why I do NOT give to “unrestricted funds”, but to research institutes associated with the two universities!!!!

Same here. MY donations, when I make them, are directed to specific researchers in the college I graduated from. My alma mater would love to apply unrestricted funds to some affirmative action or 'diversity' horse-crap.

Diversity is a huge weakness. Why do you think repetitively reliable robots are replacing workers on assembly lines so frequently? The last think any manufacturing operation needs is diversity.
