Well now...For decades the demoncrats have operated on the "stated" belief that proof is not the key. Any "claim/accusation" is sufficient to assert guilt and investigate endlessly.
There is no doubt that she personally shipped her commie buddies out of harms way.

I’m sorry, but your lack of doubt does not begin to meet any rational standard of proof. Criminal defense lawyers often say “I have no doubt my client is totally innocent,” when the client is so obviously guilty. Lack of doubt is far from proof.
Proof, real, court-acceptable proof, is very important in dealing with HRC. We all want to see her convicted for those felonious things she has done, but it is critically important that we do not spread our accusations too thin.
We don’t have to prove she did 100 bad things. We need to concentrate on 4 or 5 that the public can very easily understand, and clearly see themselves as victims of. Most importantly, we need to avoid accusations that we could not prove in court. That forces a presumption of innocence on all charges.
We don’t need to send her to prison 100 times. Two or three significant sentences would be fine.

Sexpot spy Anna Chapman came close to snaring a member of President Obama’s inner circle in a honey trap, a top U.S. intelligence official has claimed.
In a documentary broadcast last night, FBI counter-intelligence chief Frank Figliuzzi claimed the glamorous Russian agent got close enough to ‘disturb’ U.S. spy catchers.
He said the fear that Miss Chapman was close to seducing a sitting member of the Obama administration spurred agents to swoop on the 10-strong spy ring of which she was a part.
