Most of them hate life shortly there after, or find themselves in divorce and or turn into drunks commuting 4 hours per day. Ya see, that is where they pigeonholed all the lower income people.

Murrieta, California is one of best to make my point. The local area still has older homes available with a low crime rate. If you look hard you can still find homes with land for less than 350K.
