A Howard County man who is a volunteer with the Girl Scouts of Central Maryland has been charged with possession and distribution of child pornography.
In August, investigators found and downloaded child porn that was distributed to a specific internet address, Maryland State Police said.
Troopers served a search warrant at the house Thursday morning and found a computer that contained multiple images and/or videos of child porn.
Stacy Mizrahi, 45, of Ellicott City, was arrested and charged.
State polices said that, along with two other women, Mizrahi is the leader of Troop No. 715. There is no information that any crimes have been committed involving the children enrolled with the organization.
Anyone with information about this investigation is asked to call police at 800-637-5437. Callers may remain anonymous.
Girl Scouts of Central Maryland CEO Violet M. Apple released a statement, saying:
"Today the Maryland State Police notified us that one of our volunteers, Stacy Mizrahi, was arrested for possession and distribution of child pornography. Mr. Mizrahi was a co-leader of a troop in Ellicott City. He has been suspended and will not be permitted to serve as a volunteer with GSCM, be in contact with any girls, or participate in any activities associated with GSCM.
"It is our No. 1 priority to ensure all GSCM members are safe.
"All GSCM employees and volunteers are required to pass a background check and Mr. Mizrahi passed his when he registered as a troop leader.
"It is GSCM policy that male volunteers are not permitted to meet with girls without the presence of a female co-leader. Mr. Mizrahi served as a co-leader with an unrelated female and the troop was supported by four additional volunteers -- all of whom passed background checks prior to registering as a volunteer."

Why would any parent allow his son to belong to an organization that invites fags to be scouts and/or leaders?
Let me play Devil’s Advocate:
In our fragmented society with divorce and single mothers a common occurrence, a man in this position provides a much needed male role model to girls who, due to the failure of their parents’ marriage, would otherwise have no male role model in their lives.
He shouldn’t molest them, obviously.

To where should I escape? Someplace down south where it's still sane?
Perhaps a nice, conservative place like North Carolina, with its new transgender bathroom mandate.
The trouble is that sane places can, within a period of a few years, turn insane when leftists abandon the wastelands that their policies have created.
I have no problem with leaving for someplace sane, but I would need to find a place that is not vulnerable for turning crazy in a few years. And I don't know of such a place.
The trouble is that he murdered because he was compelled to, and had a personal stake in murder. It had to be tortuous.
In this case, however, “you want it to look like an accident”, which can be much more peaceful, such as giving them an opioid analag overdose. Because around 50,000 or so Americans are now dying each year because of this, and medical examiners are overwhelmed, it is unlikely they will spend too much time discovering if a sex offender was killed instead of died by accident or his own hand.
Let’s have a man leading the girls scouts...what could go wrong?? I just hope it wasn’t any of his GIRL SCOUTS members that is on the pictures...
