Because if you knew what you were talking about you’d know that Pfaelzer was a federal judge, and you would know that her decision remains in effect only because Gray Davis, Arnold, and Jerry Brown have refused to send it to the court of appeals.
Collusion of one judge and three Governors to prevent Prop 187 from being decided by an appeals court is not “legal limbo”, it is collusion to prevent the voters of California from having their day in court.
