Exactly. To me it's very significant that the spokesman for the NFL is Joe Lockhart. A political creature who is there to spin any situation with no conviction and to try to manipulate the masses. League management is probably populated by many of his ilk and has been for some time.

The NFL is a control freak enterprise that succeeds and thrives as long as it maintains control. To see the fans rebelling and becoming former fans is wonderful to behold.
