Gowdy did his job as was mandated by the Constitution. Some here seem to have this cooked up fantasy dream that Gowdy was the ultimate power, Judge Dredd if you will replete with subpoena power, the power to form the grand jury, indict, try, render verdict, sentence, drive her to the prison, lock her up and be her jailer.
He did his job. Maybe in your wild fantasy land he was expected to pull an indictment from a democrat administration. He asked the questions and given the answers took his case daily to the press to apply pressure to bring charges. But no that still wasn’t good enough, not enough for some.
Thank GOD those some are in the minority and have no power in our government today because it is plain they haven’t the faintest idea what the powers of Congress are under the Constitution
