If I changed my seat, it was confirmed, but when I got to the plane they told me they gave my aisle seat to someone else, I would think that they just figured they could tell me to FOAD so they gave it to somebody they knew or somebody they were flirting with.
I would further think that they shouldn’t do that.
Could be that she became angry in response to their misconduct and bad attitude.
I would blame this situation on a bad computer software routine. It allowed a double booking on the same seat. White Male Aggression should have been the War of the Machines.
