“Romantic overtures” and invitations to “private dinners” are now harassment?
I guess I’d better turn myself in and get into therapy pronto....
Let's say you are a straight man. Your company is an equal employment model firm, and as it happens, your boss is a gay man. Your boss makes several invitations to you for private dinners. You decline, but he continues to ask. He drops hints that he is not happy that you are declining his invitaions.
Do you feel harassed?
Are you just a bigot, and you should go out with him?
