With this ruling the NCAA has declared that academic fraud is perfectly acceptable as long as a non-athlete participates at some point. They have really opened up a Pandora’s box with this asinine decision.
If a university can hide this from their academic accrediting entity then all manners of fraud are on the table.
The government should look and see how many Students used Pell Grant Money for these classes.
Can anyone say FRAUD?
