“Maybe the hex numbers until 0000 are plain text, but there’s no standard encoding where having two 0 bytes in the middle of the fucking string would make any sense.
However, that 0000 are the exact two middle bytes, which makes me think this message has two parts. Zero bytes are nothing more than string separators when you’re dealing with text.”

At any rate, I suspect Assange wouldn’t be tweeting out nonsense, he’s got some big fish to fry in his situation as it is now and pranking the world is probably the last thing on his mind.
