Do I think it’s possible that LVPD covertly deployed a killer drone, which no one saw, and of which there is no video record, succeeded in ending a major crime, and that everybody in the police force is either unaware of the fact, or is actively involved in concealing it?

Well, “anything’s possible” I suppose.

But like I said. We disagree as to whether giving serious consideration to this “possibility” is rational.

It doesn’t mean we can’t be friends.

"Which no one saw" - Unless they had lights on the drone turned on, it's not clear why it would be obvious to see it.

"of which there is no video record" - again, unless they were using lights on the drone, it's not clear why it would show up in videos. There is no close video shot of that part of the MB building during that time. Various camera phones jerking around, panning here and there or viewing from a distance.

"everybody in the police force is either unaware of the fact, or is actively involved in concealing it"

It's unlikely they would tell "everyone" on the police force that they used a drone illegally. It would be limited to the small number of people operating the drone, the SWAT commander and the top level of LVMPD.
