I have a dear friend whose son is now an ex-gay. He told her, “Satan tried to steal my manhood.”
Well, if there’s a statement in Comic Sans, it is obviously wrong... We all know how evil Comic Sans is...
I mean, really, why would a reporter ever think about putting that little detail in? I’ve never seen a news item mention the font used for a button before.
Finally, a ray of common sense to get help for deeply sick people. My good friend’s son went through the successful conversion and has been happily married to a sweet woman for more than a decade.
That’s what free speech is about
Since people go from being normal to being “gay”, turnabout is fair play.

Every morning I wake up and know there is going to be another day FULL of handwringing and wailing from the left. I never knew a Donald J Trump presidency was going to be this much fun.
Let’s see:
If a person has an addiction to cigarettes, he can purchase medication to quit, obtain counseling or hypnosis, or even go “cold turkey” and vastly improve his life.
If a person has a somatic disease, he can go to a doctor, receive diagnosis and treatment, and hopefully, a cure.
If a person struggles with mental illness, he can seek professional help, and, either through medication or therapy, at least be able to control his illness and lead a normal life.
If a person is addicted to hard drugs, there are programs available to withdraw from them, clean up, and get a life.
If a person is an Alcoholic, he can go to the nearest church basement and attend AA to get his life back.
However, if a person experiences gender confusion, same-sex attraction, gender disphoria, or trapped in a self-destructive lifestyle, it is either taboo, politically incorrect, or even illegal to help him, even if he is your own minor child going through this.
Was there a display next to it or elsewhere highlighting what Islam does to homosexuals?
Perticone needs a petticoat, sounds like. Knickers in a wad over ex-gay. Likes portraying things as extremes, just another drama queen.
‘Far-right’ describes both sets of my grandparents - regular, working class people, and Christians. I miss their America.

The ability and desire to change exists.
And .... ?
It is an indisputable fact that many gays have left their former lifestyle and started life anew as active heterosexuals. It is not - as critics claim - a “myth” that this happens. The fact that therapy doesn’t always work, or is sometimes mishandled, is no more reason to ban it than there would be to ban other forms of therapy and counseling - drug, alcohol, marital, gambling, etcetera - that don’t always work.
