Just spotted your post.

My MD gave me Advair——I have had it for 3 months and have yet to try it,the directions confused me.

From your post I would assume it works well.

Does it impair sleep? I have a tough enough time with that.

If you are having ongoing breathing problems taking it in advance, otherwise on a regular basis, really works to keep bouts of asthma attacks at bay. Prior to advair I would suffer from asthma attacks daily. However, I hear it includes a cortisone steroid. Some would say long time exposure to that is not a good thing. I think it is a contributor to puffiness I have in my face, which is more of a vanity problem.

And no, I don’t recognize it being an issue for sleep.
