One aspect stands out...why did Paddock fly down to Phoenix the week prior, rent a car and drive back. Cops figured up the mileage when he turned in the car...roughly 300 miles more than what it takes to reach Vegas and the turn-in point. He picked up something in Phoenix...I’m just guessing but I would suspect he was there to retrieve weapons that he was storing there. The question would be...where was the storage unit or was it an associate holding the weapons?
Compared to last week...I’m of the mind now that Campos has some connection to Paddock. Maybe doing favors...maybe arranging things.
At this point, I don’t have a position on what happened.
I do not believe the Clark County Sheriff does either. And he has the evidence.
Enough time may have passed for him to feel if the FBI has an agenda here. They would only have that if this were a sting gone bad, or similar fiasco.
