You have to understand that this about money.
The ‘white guilt’ money from companies, corporations, non-profits, and the federal government is drying up.
They need new grievances to shake down Whitey, hence ‘privilege’ and ‘unconscious racism.’

It is about how in the name of fairness, the perceived social hierarchy of the 1950s has to be inverted and the great grandchildren of the supposed perpetrators need to be systematically oppressed to offset their unfair privilege.
And they need to be told how they are unfairly advantaged and need to internalize collective guilt to willingly sink to the bottom tier of a new social structure that treats them like untouchable caste members, inherently immoral by their very blood.
