I bet it is simpler that that: She gets paid a multi-million dollar salary by the Clinton Foundation plus a likely 25% management incentive bonus and at the end of the year she donates 10% of that income to ... [drumroll] ... the Clinton Foundation! Given that the only effort required is avoiding Bill and screaming at her aides, that not a bad gig.
